showed us how this 14-floor high building provides open working and meeting spaces, powered by south-facing sunlight collectors and welcoming the 2,100 workers in one spectacular office building. The ground floor is divided between a large light-filled atrium, an espresso bar, a restaurant and meeting spaces. Three staircases lead up to the next floor, where colorful work “islands” guide each worker to the needed zone. Energy-saving LED lights, recycling office waste and even the showers encouraging people to cycle to work have their own place in improving the people’s work experience while lowering the carbon footprint. Colors and textures in light-flooded spaces, zones for socialization and a cluster of sustainable features make this building a perfectly balanced office building, don’t you think?
