shared another impressive project from his Private Collection with us (we featured an original wood and glass table design on devils-den by the same designer). Showcasing an intricate geometry, this elegant chair design is able to enhance a modern interior instantly. Its shape was inspired by natural curves and is interesting to observe from more than one standpoint.
This seating item forms a logical process of distribution of matter at strategic points. It is thin, but thick where the pieces are assembled. It is round where the hands are placed to have a nice touch and wide where you rest the elbows for added comfort. For a perfect ergonomic back, a subtle curving can be observed when it comes to this elegant chair design. Cattail fibers have been used to achieve natural elasticity in the seat, but also have a powerful aesthetic role. The result is so “logical” that it is similar to the bones of a skeleton- once again nature shows us the way. [Photos and information provided via e-mail by Paco Camús]
