Taylor Swift may be vocal about her love life in her music, but she keeps things quiet when it comes to house flipping. She’s been buying and selling Beverly Hills homes since 2011. According to the , she sold that house off-market for $4 million (for a half million dollar profit).
This is down the street from her first house. The mid-century modern four-bedroom bungalow is listed at $2.95 million. She paid $1.77 million for it in April 2012 and used it as a guest house for visiting friends. Lucky friends, too — here’s what their “guest quarters” look like:
One she’s done touring, Swift will return to a seven-bedroom Beverly Hills historic mansion for which she paid $25 million in 2015. It previously belonged to famed Hollywood producer Samuel Goldwyn.
According to , Swift has the real estate bug. Besides her Beverly Hills homes, she’s been “busy over on the East Coast, snapping up several properties.” These include:
- Two side-by-side duplex apartments in Tribeca owned by “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson. She paid $20 million.
- An $18 million, four-bedroom townhouse
- A 3,540-square-foot, three-bedroom condo for $9.75 million
